Referral Programme

If you were a previous guest on our Ayahuasca or Plant Diet retreats we invite you to be part of the El Mundo Magico Referral Programme. As a member of the programme, you can earn money for every person you refer who will successfully complete his/her retreat in Ashi Meraya. There are no limits on the number of people you may refer!! Alternatively, each time you refer someone to us, you may opt for one of the following three options:

a) – You receive a PayPal credit into your email account.
b) – The person you refer receives money off the cost of their retreat.
c) – You split it – you receive a PayPal credit into your email account and the person you refer receives money off the cost of their retreat.

Deposit & Balance Payment Deadlines

A non-refundable Deposit of £ 400 GBP must be paid immediately to reserve your spot.

Full Balance is due and must be received:

At least 30 Days before the scheduled date of your Ayahuasca retreat
At least 50 Days before the scheduled date of your Plant Diet retreat

1 - Send off the: Payment

Send the correspondent payment for your retreat, according to the number of weeks you have chosen. Go to our bank details page.

Credit/debit card payments via PayPal are also accepted, but they attract a fee of 3.4% of the gross total + 0.20 GBP (for domestic/UK payments), or 3.9% of the gross total + 0.20 GBP (for international/overseas payments). If booking with large anticipation, and if your bank account is PayPal-verified, you may send a payment via PayPal e-Cheque (cheapest way to do it). Or else more, second best option, only available if your bank account is PayPal-verified, you may select the “Instant Bank Transfer” option, selecting this form of payment from the “Personal” – not “Purchase” – PayPal payment options, and making sure to pay all relevant fees as required. Send funds to our PayPal-verified email address: info@elmundomagico.org . Both PayPal payment options, eCheque and Instant Bank Transfer are available only if your bank account is PayPal-verified. If it’s not, then go for the credit/debit card payment option, or, to keep things simple, send your payment via standard bank transfer.

2 – Forward the: Online Booking Form

Complete and forward the Online Booking Form, specifying your FULL arrival & departure flight details (only to/from IQUITOS). You must arrive in Iquitos (Peru) with a morning flight, or at the very latest by 12:30 PM. The retreat will complete on your last day, after the 1 PM lunch. The transfer back from Ashi Meraya to Iquitos airport will be done approximately by 4-5 PM, depending on weather conditions. If you need to leave earlier than 4-5 PM on your last day, you may, but please let us know in advance. It takes between 1 and 2 hours to reach Iquitos airport, plus allow an extra hour for the check-in at the desk.  For the return flight from Iquitos to Lima, on your last retreat day, you may choose any flight leaving Iquitos on late morning, early, mid or late afternoon, or even in the early evening.

Please Note: There are no direct international flights serving Iquitos, so your flight must be routed via Lima (Peru), either way, on the outbound and inbound journey. We recommend you to fly to Iquitos with LAN Airlines: www.lan.com – booking online, having your passport and credit card ready.

3 – Download, Fill-in and Send by Post/Courier the: Agreement Form + Copy of Your Passport

In the following order, please:

Download, Fill-in (using your computer keyboard) all the relevant entries, Print - using the “Print” button at the very end of the form – Date (by hand), Sign our Agreement Form and Post it to our UK address (as indicated on the form), alongside a photocopy of your Passport (only the page with your details on). Please send All Pages of the Agreement, with no exceptions. Do not send the Agreement by fax or by email attachment, unless specifically requested to do so. When posting or sending the required booking documents by Courier, select a ”signature on delivery” service, if available. For bookings at very short notice you may be required to either use a 24 hours/3 working days worldwide express service (available with DHL courier), or else, to fax straight away the Agreement to us. Please familiarize yourself with the info provided at this link before signing the Agreement & make sure your health conditions will allow you to have a safe Ayahuasca journey.

Interpreter

If you don’t speak good Spanish, then you need to book the on-site interpreter service Spanish-English. This costs £ 25.00 GBP p.p. per day for individual guests, or increasingly less for more people sharing, members of the same party. Deposit

A non-refundable Deposit of £ 400 GBP p.p. must be paid immediately, always contextually to your initial booking.

Balance

The remaining balance must be paid and funds fully cleared no later than 30 days before the beginning of the Ayahuasca retreat, or 50 days before the beginning of the Shamanic Plant Diet retreat. Please email or fax us ( Fax +44-1206 710 615 from Abroad / 01206 710 615 from within the UK) confirmation of payment made. Thank you. If you cannot absolutely meet these deadlines, at our sole discretion, we may offer you alternative payment arrangements. Your quote for the retreat must be in all cases fully paid well before your arrival.

A fully detailed Information Pack containing essential information on how to better prepare for your trip to Peru and your retreat with us in Ashi Meraya will be sent you as email attachment (or – if required – by post, or both), usually within 24 hrs – or, at the very latest, within 7 working days – from receipt of your payment (or proof of payment, whichever is earlier).

Your place in Ashi Meraya for the Ayahuasca or Shamanic Plant Diet retreat will be reserved ONLY upon receipt of your deposit or full payment (whichever is earlier), and your place will be finally confirmed ONLY upon receipt of the remaining balance and booking documents.

We allow 7 days for temporary reservations, once availability for a retreat date has been confirmed by us. After this time, should we not hear from you and should your payment not arrive either, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
