Ayahuasca, health & safety
Please familiarise yourself with the important health & safety info provided here, before sending payment, booking form and agreement of participation with copy of your passport, to make sure that your health conditions will allow you to have a safe journey. If you have no incompatible health conditions and are not taking any medication or substances which are known to conflict with the medicine, you may proceed to the following 3 steps. Thank you.

1 – Payment
Please go to our Peru retreat payment page and select the payment button-s corresponding to length and type of retreat and/or jungle trip you wish to reserve. The eCommerce platform on the website will prompt you to register first and then at the end of your registration you may choose to either pay by PayPal, by credit/debit card, or else, may pay electronically via direct bank transfer/wire transfer. Should you require assistance on how to make the payment, please contact us and we shall be more than happy to assist you.
Deposit
A Deposit of £ 400 GBP p.p. needs to be paid contextually to your reserved retreat dates. This will go towards the payment of the final balance due for your staying and is non-refundable in case of cancellation on your side (it is, however, fully refundable in the extremely rare instance of a cancellation on our side).
Balance
The remaining balance needs to be paid and funds fully cleared no later than 30 days before the beginning of your Ayahuasca or San Pedro retreat, or 50 days before the beginning of your shamanic dieta (including Ayahuasca diet) / shamanic apprenticeship retreat, unless prior written arrangements have been made. Please kindly email us confirmation/proof of payment made when paying by wire transfer. If you cannot meet the formal deadlines, and need to pay at a shorter notice, we might still accept you, subject to availability. Your remaining balance for the retreat must in all cases be fully paid well before your arrival. A detailed Information Pack containing essential information on how to better prepare for your trip to Peru and your retreat in the jungle will be sent you as email attachment, within 1-2 working days from the receipt of your payment.
Your place for your Ayahuasca/San Pedro retreat, plant dieta testers/pre-dieta, Camalonga dieta, Toé dieta, shamanic dieta with master trees, or shamanic plant diet apprenticeship retreat, will be reserved upon receipt of your deposit/full payment (whichever is earlier), and your place will be finally confirmed upon receipt of the remaining balance and booking documents.
2 – Online booking form
Complete, date, digitally sign (with your mouse) and forward the online booking form, specifying your FULL arrival & departure flight details (only to/from Iquitos) if you know it (otherwise you may email these details separately).
Flights to/from Iquitos, airport pick-up, and retreat days
We recommend you to arrive in Iquitos with a morning flight (from 7:00 AM onward) and leave on your last day with an early afternoon flight (12 PM-3 PM). You may arrive in Iquitos (Peru) with any flight, and we will take care of your airport pick-up and transfer to our retreat venue in the jungle. Please note that your arrival day and you departure day will count towards your total number of days staying at the retreat, regardless of whether you would be arriving in the early morning or in the late afternoon. We will provide your transfer back to Iquitos airport, as long as it is not in the early morning or after 4 PM. It takes approximately 50 mins drive to reach Iquitos airport (plus allow extra 20 mins of gentle jungle hike to get to the point where the taxi is waiting), and you should then allow an extra hour and half for the check-in at the desk. Alternatively, we will provide pick-up and/or transfer back directly to your Hotel in Iquitos, depending on your travel plan.
Please Note:
* Currently, there are no direct international flights serving Iquitos, so your flight must be routed via Lima (Peru), either way, on the outbound and inbound journey. We recommend you to fly to Iquitos with LATAM Airlines: www.latamairlines.com – booking online, having your passport and credit card ready.
3 – Agreement Form + Copy of Passport
The Agreement of Participation will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your booking. You will need to return it by email, completed of all requested information, dated and electronically signed (using the mouse of your computer), alongside a high quality photo of your Passport (only the page-s with your photo ID/personal details & your signature on). Please return ALL PAGES of the PDF Agreement, including those pages which do not require dynamic data input.
